We are closed for the season. Please check back in the spring!
WE WILL NOT REFUND FOR SHIPPING DAMAGE AND WE DO NOT PACK IN DRY ICE - IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE. Thank you for understanding. Douglass will ship anywhere in the continental USA. Rates are $9.50 for the first pound and $2.00 for each additional pound shipped to the same address (chocolates excluded). For orders over 50lbs we will contact you with the shipping price.
Due to special shipping material, ice, and overnight shipping requirements all chocolate orders must be treated as a separate order. We apologize for any inconvenience. During hot summer weather, all gourmet chocolates and chocolate covered items may be unable to be shipped.
KEEP IN MIND that from May to October it can be hot in shipping trucks. FUDGE WILL SOFTEN OR MELT. SHIP AT YOUR OWN RISK, but placing the package in a refrigerator or freezer for at least 1 hour prior to opening will generally make the end result just fine.
Holiday Shipping:
With all the holiday bustle and the extra care we are taking this year due to Covid, it may take a little longer for your orders to ship. Do not worry though, we are working 7 days a week to get your orders out as soon as possible!
We ask that you get your holiday orders in by 12/10 to ensure delivery for Christmas.

In Season Shipping:
Orders will be shipped within 2 business days.
OFF SEASON SHIPPING:
Orders placed after Monday will not go out until the following Monday.

Orders Placed During the Off Season, after 5pm e.s.t. December 18, 2020, will not be processed. Sorry for the inconvenience, we are closed for the winter during that time.
